The Fort Erie Aboriginal Head Start (FEAHS) Program is committed to supporting children to grow to their fullest potential in a safe, caring, nurturing and culturally rich environment. We are committed to providing quality education and cultural programming for our Aboriginal children and their families. We support each individual holistically by providing resources to promote healthy lifestyles.
FEAHS offers a morning half day preschool program, an afternoon preschool program and a full day kindergarten program. We operate programming Monday to Friday - September to June.
MISSION - To provide quality education and cultural programming for our Aboriginal children and their families. We will support each individual holistically by providing resources to promote healthy lifestyles.
VISION - To enhance the future of our children; while instilling pride in our Aboriginal Culture.
Our sponsoring agency is the Fort Erie Native Friendship Centre (FENFC). Our staff work closely with the staff and programs of the FENFC to offer culturally relevant referrals, resources and support services to all FEAHS families.
